Shiftland is a series of mixed media prints and drawings on paper about a fictional land in transition, oblivious to its history, blinded by its present, slouching toward its future. In general, Shiftland is an overarching conceptual structure that enables me to comment on our contemporary global situation through the lens of an imaginary civilization.
